• 🧱 Regional Manager (Field Leader)

Oversees the Public Adjuster team in a defined region, maintains claim quality, and supports team performance.

• 🛠️ Senior Public Adjuster

Experienced and licensed adjuster specializing in complex and commercial claims. Writes estimates and supports mentorship.

• 🔍 Public Adjuster

Licensed and client-facing. Manages the full claim process from inspection to documentation, estimating, and resolution.

• 🌱 Consultant (PA Track)

Supports the PA team by attending inspections, organizing documentation, and preparing for state licensure.

• 🧾 Estimator (Xactimate Specialist)

Writes consistent Xactimate estimates for adjusters based on inspection details and scope notes. Remote or field-based.

This structure allows us to maintain high standards, build reliable workflows, and create growth paths for every member of our team.

All roles are independent contractor positions (1099), designed to give you the freedom to grow while working within a supportive, systems-based firm.
