This role is designed for licensed Public Adjusters with strong experience in residential and commercial claims. As a Senior Adjuster, you’ll independently manage high-value or complex files, write your own estimates, and help maintain the quality standards that define the TrueHaven brand.

You’ll operate with autonomy and trust — backed by structured systems, team support, and a commission model that rewards your contribution. This is not a management position, but it is a leadership-level role for those who want to raise the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write or self-manage accurate, defensible Xactimate estimates

• Lead complex or commercial claim files from inspection to resolution

• Maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and follow-through

• Contribute to claim quality by mentoring or supporting newer adjusters

• Collaborate with the team on best practices and training feedback

• Represent TrueHaven professionally in every client and carrier interaction

• Senior-level adjusters are expected to manage a consistent, active caseload that exceeds the minimum performance tier.
