This role supports Public Adjusters across multiple states. Location flexibility available. Licensing not required unless performing claim negotiation or direct carrier communication.

Overview:

TrueHaven Estimators are skilled professionals who create Xactimate estimates based on scope notes, inspection photos, and documentation provided by licensed Public Adjusters. This is a non-client-facing role, ideal for detail-oriented contributors who want to play a vital part in claim success — without working in the field.

You’ll collaborate closely with adjusters to ensure every estimate is accurate, consistent, and aligned with carrier formatting and expectations. Estimators are key to helping TrueHaven uphold its standards of professionalism, efficiency, and fast, fair claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review scope notes, photos, and inspection data to create estimates in Xactimate (or Symbility as needed)

• Collaborate with adjusters to confirm claim details and address estimate revisions

• Format all estimates for carrier-ready submission

• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and version control across files

• Meet internal turnaround times and support claim flow milestones

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Proficient in Xactimate (Level 3 preferred, but not required)

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Experience writing estimates for residential and/or commercial property damage

• Comfortable working remotely in a structured, communication-driven role
