Overview:

This short-term role is designed for individuals who are preparing for licensure or exploring a future career as a Public Adjuster. As a Consultant, you’ll assist licensed adjusters in the field and behind the scenes — supporting inspections, documentation, and client communication.

You’ll gain real-world experience, access to internal training, and a clear track toward becoming a licensed PA in your state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inspections with licensed adjusters and assist with scope documentation

• Upload photos, notes, and forms to our CRM

• Help prepare estimate documentation for review

• Observe claim handling from intake to payout

• Participate in weekly team check-ins and mentorship sessions

• Prepare for the Public Adjuster licensing exam using our internal tools
