Overview:

We’re looking for licensed Public Adjusters who are ready to do things differently. At TrueHaven, you’ll manage the full claims process — from inspection and documentation to estimate review and resolution — using systems that support you, not slow you down.

You’ll have access to tech tools, estimator support (if needed), and a commission structure that rewards consistency — not just time on the job. Whether you prefer to write your own estimates or work with one of our in-house specialists, we’ll help you build a workflow that fits your strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform property inspections and document scopes of loss

• Write or review Xactimate estimates (training available if needed)

• Communicate with clients and carriers throughout the claim lifecycle

• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM for every step of the process

• Close a minimum of 5 claims per quarter to remain active

• Uphold TrueHaven’s standards for ethics, empathy, and professionalism

• Build relationships with contractors and homeowners to generate new leads
