Overview:

This role is designed for high-performing, licensed Public Adjusters who are ready to lead. As a Regional Manager, you’ll oversee active claims and team development within your assigned state. You’ll be responsible for reviewing files, mentoring team members, and setting the standard for how TrueHaven operates in the field.

This is a field and leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll continue to work your own claims while supporting other adjusters across your region. You must be a licensed Public Adjuster in the state where you are applying.


Responsibilities:
• Review active files for quality, accuracy, and compliance

• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentorship of new adjusters

• Monitor claim volume and caseload flow across your region

• Provide field support, documentation guidance, and team check-ins

• Maintain regular communication with leadership and internal systems

• Close your own claims while supervising others

• Uphold TrueHaven’s standards of ethics, accuracy, and advocacy
