This entry-level opportunity is designed for professionals working toward their Florida Public Adjuster license. As a state-licensed Apprentice, you'll assist with inspections, documentation, and client support while learning the full claims process under a supervising adjuster.

You'll be supported with mentorship, tech-forward systems, and real-world training — all while building the foundation to become a full Public Adjuster after your required 6-month apprenticeship period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support field inspections and organize scope documentation

• Assist with claim files, CRM updates, and communications

• Participate in estimating and claim preparation

• Learn TrueHaven systems, ethics, and best practices

• Complete Florida’s required 6-month apprenticeship under direct supervision

• Learn to build local relationships and educate homeowners about the PA process while preparing for licensure
