At TrueHaven Claims Consulting, we believe Public Adjusters deserve clear, competitive compensation — without the hoops.
Our commission model starts at 60% to 70%, based on your experience, with a $500 quarterly bonus available for adjusters who meet performance benchmarks.

At TrueHaven, growth is earned through consistency — not just tenure.
Public Adjusters may earn a $500 performance bonus per quarter by meeting all 5 performance benchmarks, reviewed individually and by their Manager. This allows committed adjusters to reach the top tier through sustained effort, clean files, and accountability.
Quarterly Performance Criteria (Must Meet All 5):
• File Quality: 90%+ pass rate on internal claim file audits
• Client & Carrier Communication: All activity documented in CRM, timely follow-ups
• Claim Volume: Minimum of 5 closed claims per quarter
• Compliance & Ethics: Zero infractions or client complaints
• Professionalism & Independence: Manages caseload, attends check-ins, completes training
In some claims, support documents may be required to strengthen the file. These hard costs are deducted from the PA Fee before commissions are calculated:
• Estimate: $350 - $500 (unless written by the PA)
• Engineering reports or specialty inspections
• Weather reports, EagleView Reports, etc.
TrueHaven covers estimator payouts, but adjusters are only charged if they opt not to self-write.
